1. About the app

Gabo Player ("the app") is a media player application for Android, Android TV and Fire TV. The app enables playback of IPTV streams (Xtream Codes API and M3U playlists) that you provide.

2. No content included

The app contains, sells, hosts, and distributes no channels, playlists, or media content whatsoever. It is a player only. To use the app you must have access to an IPTV service of your own choosing. We have no affiliation with any IPTV provider and do not endorse any specific service.

3. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you access through the app and for ensuring that your use of any IPTV service complies with the laws of your country and the terms of your provider. Accessing copyrighted content without proper authorization is prohibited.

4. Purchases

Optional premium features may be offered via in-app purchase (processed by Google Play Billing or the respective store) or via activation codes. Prices, trial periods, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings.

5. Disclaimer of warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Playback quality depends on your IPTV provider and network; we cannot guarantee availability or quality of third-party streams.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including damages caused by third-party services you connect to.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; changes will be published at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
